Forest Walk
Mother Nature has so much to teach us. The plants, animals, and elements all have an interconnectedness with us. This guided walk will help you to deepen your relationship with Nature and connect with her deep wisdom.
Lisa Sabatini will guide you on this walk in a deeply connected way, with mindfulness and gratitude, to learn from from our best teacher, Nature!
We will discuss what we find along the walk, including edible and medicinal plants. How to work with them, and best practices in foraging sustainably.
This walk will be between 1.5 - 2 hours in length, with frequent stopping and discussion.
